The larger sibling of the HL-666 — a purpose-built CNC platform for bigger-diameter wheel hubs and brake discs, with 700 mm of Y travel, a 15,000 rpm spindle and the rigidity a continuous line demands.
What is the HL-700? The HALLERBS HL-700 is a specialty CNC machining center purpose-built for high-volume wheel hub and brake-disc production, sized for larger-diameter hubs than the HL-666. It offers 1100 / 700 / 600 mm of X/Y/Z travel on a 1300 × 600 mm table, a 15,000 rpm BT40 spindle delivering 140 N·m, 48 / 48 / 48 m/min rapid traverse and a 24-tool magazine — with a choice of Siemens, FANUC or Mitsubishi control. Like every HALLERBS specialty machine it is configured to the part, not repurposed from a general VMC.

The HL-700 shares the HL-666's purpose-built philosophy — fixturing, spindle and axis configuration optimized for hub geometry — but adds Y-axis travel and a higher 15,000 rpm spindle for larger-diameter hubs and brake discs. Shorter tool paths, fewer setups and continuous-line rigidity, on a machine engineered to run high-volume production around the clock.

Genuine production footage of a wheel hub being machined on a HALLERBS specialty center — the shorter tool paths and rigidity that turn into throughput on a live line. On a tier-1 automotive line, HALLERBS specialty machines cut cycle time by ~18% on the same part.
