What is the HL-800S? The HALLERBS HL-800S is a high-efficiency, high-precision drill and tap center delivering 66 m/min rapid traverse and 118 N·m of spindle torque, with a 30-tool magazine for uninterrupted multi-operation runs. Its large Z-axis travel accommodates 4th and 5th axis attachments, making it equally capable as a pure drill-tap machine or as a flexible multi-process center. High rigidity, high accuracy and high efficiency are the three defining characteristics — built for manufacturers who need maximum throughput on housings, plates and similar prismatic parts.
The HL-800S is engineered to push throughput without sacrificing hole quality or thread accuracy. At 66 m/min rapids, air-cutting time is minimised between holes; at 118 N·m the spindle handles demanding thread-forming operations without hesitation. The 30-tool magazine keeps complex multi-operation programmes running unattended, and the large Z travel opens the door to 4th and 5th axis fixturing for compound-angle features.
