Incoterms & logistics

Agree the Incoterm (EXW, FOB, CIF or DAP) so responsibility for freight, insurance and customs is unambiguous. Heavy machine tools need crating, lashing and an experienced forwarder — confirm who arranges each leg.

Payment milestones
